Our Training Centre
Experience our vacuum lifting technology in our state-of-the-art AERO Academy and test all our handling solutions on site in our showroom in Geislingen-Binsdorf.
We will be happy to train you and your employees in theory and practice and help you to understand the systems in detail, carry out simple maintenance work yourself and keep your knowledge of vacuum handling technology up to date.
AERO-LIFT ACADEMY
The AERO-LIFT ACADEMY is a space and framework for knowledge transfer to our customers and partners. In an open atmosphere, you can test our products yourself, ask questions and receive training from our experienced team. Here we explain to you how the power of vacuum works, which technologies are suitable for which materials and transport goods, how you can optimise your processes and ensure the long-term health of your employees.
State-of-the-art premises
On the ground floor, you will be welcomed in a modern atmosphere. Our seating area invites you to have a coffee and chat. Large, catchy visualisations illustrate the individual components of a vacuum lifting device and show the task of each individual component. From here, the tour continues into our large, open-plan showroom. Here you will find a representative selection from our wide range of manual handling and factory automation products.
The open staircase leads upstairs to our meeting area. A generously designed, flexible conference room, equipped with the latest presentation technology, offers space for training courses for your employees, which our team will be happy to customise to your needs. Our sun terrace invites you to linger during breaks.
Sustainable construction
We are particularly proud of the fact that the building concept of the AERO-LIFT AKADEMIE is based on a sustainable approach. The entire building is heated with geothermal energy. A diffusion-open timber frame construction, insulated with sheep's wool, guarantees efficient energy utilisation. Other natural building materials and a well thought-out interior with wood and goat hair carpets ensure a pleasant indoor climate.

The AERO-LIFT device is equipped with the usual features: The "suction-release" function is performed by means of a manual slide valve with safety lock, and vacuum monitoring guarantees the safety of the entire system. The intelligent electronic warning device reacts to a vacuum drop below 60 / 80 % or power failure by means of an acoustic warning signal, so that the load can be switched off in good time if necessary. All AERO-LIFT vacuum lifting devices are designed and manufactured in accordance with the current safety standards EN 13155 and ASME B30, and are tested and documented in accordance with the applicable accident prevention regulations BGR 500 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Annex II A.
