Technical drawing of a vacuum lifter ejector from Aero-Lift

(1) Vacuum generator: Vacuum ejector/vacuum build-up in the vacuum reservoir (installed in the control cabinet).
(2) Visual warning indicator: Electronic monitoring of transport readiness. If the indicator is green, the load can be lifted. If the indicator is red, no load may be lifted and the load must be set down immediately.
(3) Vacuum gauge, vacuum display: mechanical monitoring of the vacuum. The operator can see the vacuum level on the suction plates from the display. If the vacuum is above 60 % vacuum (400 mbar absolute) - the operating vacuum has been reached - the load can be lifted.
(4) Manipulation handle, operating handle: Handle for handling the appliance. The manual slide valve for the suction / release function is attached to the operating handle.
(5) Vacuum valve: Manual slide valve for the "suction - release" function.
(6) Vacuum filter or water separator: Separation of particles and dirt to protect the vacuum generator. Absorption of penetrating water via the suction plates.
(7) Vacuum hose: Connection between ejector/vacuum reservoir and suction plates (not shown).
(8) Cross clamping piece: Suspension of the suction plates on the crossbar/main crossbar. The suction plates can be adjusted to ensure optimum adaptation to the transported goods.
(9) Crossbar: Holds the suction plates. The crossbars can be adjusted on the main crossbar to ensure optimum adaptation to the transported goods.
(10) Main cross beam:  The main cross beam is used to hold the cross beams.
(11) Main frame: The main frame is used to hold the vacuum generator, the manipulation handle as well as the main cross beam and the warning device. The suspension eye for the crane hook is installed in the center.
(12) Suction plates, suction pads: Seal the vacuum against the transported goods. The suction plates and their number are determined according to the type and weight of the transported goods.
(13) Distributor, vacuum distribution: Distribution of the vacuum to the respective suction plates (not shown).

Design of a vacuum lifter with blower

Technische Zeichnung eines Vakuumheber-Gebläses von Aero-Lift

(1) Vacuum generator: Vacuum blower with overrunning flywheel mass / vacuum build-up on the suction plates.
(2) Warning device: Electronic monitoring of the power supply, voltage supply.
(3) Vacuum meter, vacuum display: mechanical monitoring of the vacuum. The operator can recognize the vacuum level on the suction plates from the display.
(4) Manipulation handle, operating handle: Two-handed handle for handling the appliance. The operating buttons for the suction/release function via the reversing valve are located here.
(5) Vacuum valve: Changeover valve for the "suction - release" function.
(6) Vacuum filter: Separation of particles and dirt to protect the vacuum generator. Absorption of penetrating dirt via the suction plates.
(7) Vacuum hose: Connection between reversing valve and suction plates (not shown).
(8) Cross clamping piece: Suspension of the suction plates on the crossbar/main crossbar. The suction plates can be adjusted to ensure optimum adaptation to the transported goods.
(9) Cross beam: Holding the suction plates. The crossbars can be adjusted on the main crossbar to ensure optimum adaptation to the transported goods.
(10) Main cross beam, vacuum accumulator: The main cross beam is used to hold the cross beams.
(11) Main frame, suspension frame: The main frame is used to hold the vacuum generator, the manipulation handle as well as the main lifting beam and the warning device. The suspension eye for the crane hook is installed in the center.
(12) Suction plates, suction pads: Seal the vacuum against the transported goods. The suction plates and their number are determined according to the type and weight of the transported goods.

Structure of a CLAD-BOY

Technical drawing of the Clad-Boy vacuum lifting device from Aero-Lift

(1) Vacuum generator: Vacuum build-up in the vacuum accumulator (installed in the control cabinet).
(2) Indicator lights: Monitoring of transport readiness by indicator lights. 2a: - red; 2b: - yellow (charging lamp); 2c: - green.
(3) Vacuum meter, vacuum indicator: mechanical monitoring of the vacuum.
(4) Manipulation handle, operating handle: For handling and protecting the appliance against impact.
(5) Vacuum control valve, vacuum valve: Manual slide valve for the "suction - release" function.
(6) Water separator: Separation of particles and dirt to protect the vacuum generator. Absorption of penetrating water via the suction plates.
(7) Vacuum hose: Connection between pump/vacuum reservoir and suction plates (not shown).
(8) Extension (optional): The main traverse can be extended to 3000 mm or to 4000 mm with optional parts.
(9) Main beam: The main traverse is used to hold the suction plates and the extensions (option).
(10) Suction plates: Sealing the vacuum against the transported goods.
(11) Charging cable: Cable for charging the battery (in lockable box).
(12) Main switch: On/off switch for operation.
(13) Voltmeter: Display device for checking the charge status of the battery.
(14) Locking bolt: Safety device to prevent swiveling.
(15) Holder: Device for safety straps.
