Installation of long trapezoidal sheets with 45° roof pitch
The task:
A customer was faced with the challenge of installing 26 metre long trapezoidal sheets on a roof pitch of 45°. The delicate sheets tend to bend or become damaged, which makes installation more difficult and harbours risks.
Our solution:
Our double CLAD-BOY solution supports the sheets evenly and positions them precisely. With stable gripping mechanisms and ergonomic controls, the system supports safe and gentle assembly. It ensures a fast and smooth work process with maximum work safety.
Flexible installation of sandwich panels
The task:
A construction project required the precise assembly of sandwich panels up to 11 metres long on the facade of an office building. The requirements included a mobile and flexible solution to handle the large-format components efficiently.
Our solution:
The specially developed "CLAD-BRO" fulfils these requirements thanks to its compact design and simple transport options. With adjustable holding elements and a rotatable bearing, it enables precise laying even at different angles. The system increases efficiency on the construction site and significantly reduces the work involved.
Safe installation of glass panes and sheets
The task:
A customer needed to safely assemble glass panes and sheet metal weighing up to 400 kg, requiring the highest safety standards to protect sensitive materials and optimise the work process.
Our solution:
The "CLAD-BOARD", specially designed for this application, offers the right solution here. With its 2-circuit vacuum system, it guarantees maximum safety and flexibility. Functions such as 360° rotation and 90° swivelling allow precise positioning of the elements. The battery-operated version also ensures independence from external power sources, making installation even more efficient.
Turning of panels
The task:
The assembly of an industrial hall required the efficient turning and positioning of sandwich panels and trapezoidal sheets up to 18 metres long. The heavy weight of the components of up to 400 kg posed an additional challenge.
Our solution:
The customised "CLAD-TURN" solution enables the components to be rotated continuously through 180° by radio remote control. Large suction plates lift the panels safely from the stack and position them precisely. The compact and robust system saves time, makes assembly considerably easier and ensures maximum work safety.
